• Send appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up messages on behalf of businesses
• Deliver lead follow-up SMS sequences as configured by the business
• Send review request messages after appointments are completed
• Send win-back messages to customers who haven't visited in a while
• Provide businesses with analytics and reporting on their customer communications
• Improve and maintain our platform services

3. SMS Messaging & Consent

End customers receive SMS messages because they have provided their phone number and consented to communications when booking an appointment or submitting their contact information to a business that uses PrevaAI Flow.

All SMS messages include opt-out instructions. Customers can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent to that number.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with:

• Twilio: Our SMS delivery provider, to send text messages
• Resend: Our email provider, to send email notifications
• Our hosting providers: For platform infrastructure only
• Law enforcement: When required by law

All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain customer data for as long as the business account is active. Businesses can request deletion of their data at any time. Opted-out customer phone numbers are retained in our system solely to ensure those numbers are never messaged again.
