Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using PrevaAI Flow. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

PrevaAI Flow is a business automation platform that provides local service businesses with tools including:

Automated SMS appointment reminders and confirmations
No-show recovery messaging
Lead follow-up SMS sequences (up to 14 days)
Review request automation
Win-back campaigns for inactive customers
AI-powered website chat widget with lead capture
Customer and appointment management dashboard

2. SMS Program Terms

Program Name: PrevaAI Flow Business Notifications
Program Description: Appointment reminders, follow-ups, review requests, and win-back messages sent on behalf of local service businesses.
Message Frequency: Varies based on appointment activity. Typically 2–5 messages per month per customer.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message. No further messages will be sent.

3. Business Client Obligations

Businesses using PrevaAI Flow agree to:

Only send messages to customers who have provided their phone number and consented to receive communications
Maintain accurate opt-out records and honor all STOP requests immediately
Not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal content
Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws
Provide accurate business information during onboarding
Keep their account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PrevaAI Flow to:

Send messages to individuals who have opted out
Send spam, phishing, or fraudulent messages
Transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with the platform's operation or security
Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate business communications

5. Subscription & Billing

PrevaAI Flow operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the agreed monthly fee in advance
Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date
No refunds for partial months of service
Price changes with 30 days written notice

We reserve the right to suspend accounts with outstanding balances after 7 days.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services including Twilio, cloud hosting providers, or internet infrastructure.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of PrevaAI Flow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from your customers to send them SMS messages through our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

PrevaAI Flow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sai Revathi Malikireddy and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

Customer data you upload remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrevaAI Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PrevaAI Flow harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights including TCPA compliance.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or cause harm to other users or third parties.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless you request earlier removal.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients via email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
